CAS Faculty and Staff Colleagues,

It has been an annual tradition (for at least 25 years!) for the Arts and Sciences community to gather together on the Friday of spring quarter finals week in recognition of the contributions of Arts and Sciences faculty and staff through an awards presentation and reception.  

Please mark your calendars for our Annual All College Day (ACD) Awards & Recognition event on Friday June 6, 3:30-5:30pm, Casey Atrium & Patio (families welcome).

This event is casual and intended to be relaxed and convivial occasion with colleagues, friends, and family.
 

All College Day Timeline: What to Expect

• • 3:30-3:45pm: Gather in the Casey Atrium & Patio for appetizers, sweets, wine, beer, and soft drinks as colleagues make their way from classrooms and offices.
  • 3:45-4:30pm: End of year acknowledgements and announcement of faculty and staff award recipients.
  • 4:30-5:30pm: More reception time to enjoy food and beverages with colleagues.

All College Day Award Nominations:

Thank you to everyone who nominated faculty and staff colleagues for All College Day Awards this year. The selection committee has been hard at work reviewing and making recommendations to the Dean on award recipients in the categories of: Outstanding Teaching, Outstanding Staff, Outstanding Scholarship, Outstanding Service, Outstanding Advising, Outstanding Contract Faculty, and Collegiality.
