UREC: Studio 1
This popular class incorporates core strengthening exercises coupled with breathing techniques that allow for a stronger and more functional body. Equipment is used to vary the exercises and intensity. All levels welcome.
All UREC Group Fitness classes are free, but you can buy a Group Fitness Pass for unlimited reservations to guarantee your spot. The Pass is good for the entire academic year. Helpful if you want to secure your spot or help with a little accountability.
