A chance for clinical teachers to gather in the beautiful Pacific Northwest to engage with colleagues in facing the challenges of the moment.

The 2025 Northwest Clinical Law Conference will take place October 24-26. We will once again be enjoying the cool clear air at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort in Leavenworth, Washington as we gather to share each other’s company and explore ways to address the challenges clinic faculty and students face today.

We have sessions planned addressing academic freedom, the NextGen bar exam, and modernizing the clinic syllabus. There is still room for at least one more, so if you have a proposal, please send it to Paul Holland at hollandp@seattleu.edu.

A note on Accommodations:

The registration fee includes lodging for two nights.

Most of the rooms we have reserved are Loft rooms, with two beds (1 Queen, 1 Twin) on the ground floor and a Full bed in a loft. The other rooms have queen and twin beds, including one room with a twin bunk bed. This gives attendees some flexibility in their rooming arrangement and cost.

As you will see on the registration form, you can opt to have a room to yourself or to have 1 or 2 roommates, either of your own choosing or simply one or more attendees looking for a similar arrangement. If you are bringing a +1 who will not be participating in the conference as an attendee but will be staying at the restor, please select the "Non-Conference Attendee (+1)" ticket option.  For children between the ages of 5 and 12, please select the "Children (5-12y/o) ticket option.

A note on Meals:

The registration fee includes the cost of 5 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday – 3 meals, Sunday breakfast), all of which will be provided on-site.
