Join UREC Outdoors for an evening as we screen the 2024 5Point Film Festival!

5Point Film Festival believes that communities are made better when their people pursue adventure and intentionally live their own best stories. 5Point is a selection of the films from the annual Carbondale festival.

These films challenge the storyteling status quo and cover a wide range of emotionalyl charged topics including body image, negative self-talk, ageism, racism, and abelism. UREC Outdoors believes in buidling a just and inclusive environment and the need to engage these topics in order to fulfill that commitment.

We believe the power of film is magnified when a group experiences meaningful stories together. We laugh, cry, cheer, learn, and explore the world together – and that’s the power of a 5Point show.

We hope you join us for this evening of impactful and fun adventure films and strengthening our outdoor community.
