Utilizing stationary bikes, this class simulates hills, flats and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals in order to increase the heart rate. Great for outdoor cycling and fitness enthusiasts alike. All level welcomes 

 

All UREC Group Fitness classes are free, but you can buy a Group Fitness Pass for unlimited reservations to guarantee your spot. The Pass is good for the entire academic year. Helpful if you want to secure your spot or help with a little accountability.
