Prof. David Malan, renowned for teaching CS50, Harvard’s flagship computer science course, brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the classroom. CS50 enrolls over 600 in-person students at Harvard, more than 200 at Yale, and has reached over 6.7 million learners worldwide through edX.

Prof. Malan and his team have been pioneering the use of AI-powered personal tutors to support student learning—an exciting development in education technology.

Following the enthusiastic response to his AI lecture series in 2023 and 2024 on campus, we’re thrilled to partner again with the Harvard Club of Seattle to welcome him back to SU for a AY25-26 lecture on AI.
