  as an “invasion\,” examining its constitutional\, historical\, and democra

 section of immigration law\, constitutional structure\, political rhetoric\
 , and civil liberties\, offering insight into how legal doctrine and public
  discourse shape immigration policy and democratic values. Drawing on their
