About the Symposium
Thanks to the generous gift of Suri and Mala Raman, the Raman Family Faculty Grants support Seattle University faculty across disciplines who are advancing scholarship on India and Indian Americans. These grants strengthen South Asian Studies, encourage new faculty to explore India-related research, and reflect the Roundglass India Center’s mission to educate audiences on issues impacting India and Indian Americans, connect India and the U.S. through academic exchange, and give back to both countries through scholarships, faculty research grants, and change-oriented research.
