The Jones Idea Challenge returns for 2025! This entrepreneurial competition is designed just for undergraduate students: Solve a real company problem, work with a team coach, and compete for cash prizes.

 

How it works:

  • Companies pitch an "intra-preneurial" problem.
  • Teams of two to three students select a problem to solve and then work closely with a business coach to create an innovative solution
  • Teams will pitch back their solutions to the companies.
  • Company judges will award first, second, and third place prizes with cash prizes.

 

Join the Albers School of Business and Economic's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center on Friday, January 24, 2025 to hear the problem pitches from all of this year's participating companies.

 

Participant requirements:

  • Must be a current SeattleU undergraduate student.
  • Must be able to attend company pitch event January 24, 2025 and final presentations February 28, 2025.
  • Must work with a team coach to create an early-stage solution for the company’s problem.
  • Must create a five-minute presentation covering your solution idea for the final presentation night.
  • Register individually online by January 24, 2025.
