Under the protocols developed as part of Reigniting Our Strategic Directions Goal Four (Promote Inclusive Excellence), all faculty search committee members are required to participate in a two-part Equitable Searches and Hiring Training. Part I is a 90-minute workshop offered quarterly, providing a three-year certification upon completion; Part II is offered to constituted search committees.
