Build Resilience and Communicate with Confidence
About this Event
Women of SU invites you to a three-part series created to bring female-identifying alumni and students together to reconnect, share experiences and strengthen our community. Centered on communication, connection, and community, the series offers a chance to reengage with fellow alums, build meaningful relationships, and support one another—personally and professionally. Come as you are and leave inspired, refreshed and more connected.
Join us virtually for the first event: Build Resilience and Communicate with Confidence. Hartley McGrath, Seattle University Professor, will share strategies for strengthening emotional resilience, communicating clearly, and navigating uncertainty with confidence and calm. Whether you’re balancing personal commitments, academic goals, or professional growth, this session will help you show up with clarity and composure, even under pressure.
